What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email, subject and any message you write. The Finance Clarity Check collects business stage, an approximate transaction range, accounting software, a challenge, and a work email. The site also receives ordinary server logs, such as browser type and the page requested.

Why we use it

We use form details to reply to you and to keep a private record of the enquiry. We do not sell these details. We do not put your email address into analytics events.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records stay while we are corresponding and for as long as we need them for the engagement or for a reasonable dispute period. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become an engagement.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies required for WordPress, and analytics tools already installed, including Jetpack and Google Site Kit. Those tools have their own retention. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.

To ask for a copy of an enquiry, or to correct it, email sales@octo.com.sg. This page describes the website. It is not a full data-protection manual for client accounting files, which are handled under the engagement letter.
